Fundraiser with a Purpose:
Opportunity,
Inc. has kicked off a "no hungry child" program in partnership with Okaloosa Schools - there are at minimum 150 children who go to school hungry every day, and have little if anything to eat between Friday afternoon and Monday morning. That isn't acceptable, so we're moving forward in concert with the Bay Area Food Bank, area churches and youth groups, and our own resources to make certain we get that number down to 0. So your help to us spreads throughout the community in a very positive way.
